We’re rapidly expanding and looking for reliable, hands-on, adventure-driven folks who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll:

Expertly operate and maintain meat-processing equipment (grinders, stuffers, double-clippers, smokehouse) sorting, cutting, trimming, slicing, grinding, mixing, and wrapping meat products (ie: steaks, roasts, ground burger, jerky, and sausage) ensuring compliance with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, as well as handling label printing/application.

Meticulously follow recipes with strict and careful adherence.

Inventory management! Keep an eye on intake/output, product flow, backroom and freezer logistics operations.

Jump into high-pressure situations with efficiency and care while fueling a culinary career.

Work safely!
