1.

Fixed Fees

Our processing deposit fees are static, one-time payments made at drop off:

$110 - Processing of whole, quartered, or boned-out carcasses

$40 - Skinning fee, if needed​

​

$0 Grind and stuff only at burger price of $2.25/lb​

​

$200 Expedite 48 hours

​

$300 Expedite 24 hours

2.

Dynamic Rates

Charged at completion by output poundage, these rates include labor, materials, added fat, handling, and packaging:

$1.25 per lb - Steaks, roasts, backstraps, tenderloins, stew meat, sliced jerky, trimmed meat (not ground)

$2.25 per lb - Stuffed, ground burger *Burger includes beef or pork fat at 80/20 or 90/10 ratios at customer's discretion​

​

$10 per day - Locker hang only. Maximum 10 days

Delicious Variables

Bold, world-class, and flavorful additions to complete your hard earned order:

$10 per lb - Whole muscle jerky, 6  flavors. 10lb minimum per flavor

$10 per lb - Classic Wisconsin Summer Sausage. Add jalapeno or cheddar (or both!) at no extra cost. 10lb minimum​

​

$8 per lbLinked, quarter-pound brats. Add jalapeno or cheddar (or both!) at no extra cost. 10lb minimum

​

$8 per lb Linked mini-breakfast sausages, multiple flavors.

$4 per lb Fresh 1lb sausage chubs. Several bold, delicious flavors. 10lb minimum per flavor
