Fixed Fees
Our processing deposit fees are static, one-time payments made at drop off:
Full Processing of whole, quartered, or boned-out carcasses
$150 - Whole
$140 - Quartered
$100 - Boned out
$50 - Skinning fee, if needed
$80 - Grind and stuff only. Plus burger price (See Dynamic Rates). Requires Clean Trim.
$250 - Expedite 48 hours
$450 - Expedite 24 hours
$500 - Expedite 12 hours

Dynamic Rates
Charged at completion by output poundage, these rates include labor, materials, added fat, handling, and packaging:
$1.50 per lb - Steaks, roasts, backstraps, tenderloins, stew meat, sliced jerky, trimmed meat (anything not ground)
$2.50 per lb - Stuffed, ground burger
*Burger includes beef or pork fat at 80/20 or 90/10 ratios at customer's discretion
$10 per day - Locker hang only. Maximum 10 days
No charge for Dog Bones

Delicious Variables
Bold, world-class, and flavorful additions to complete your hard earned order:
$22 per lb - Whole muscle jerky, 6 flavors. 5lb cured weight minimum per flavor (requires approximately 12.5 lb of raw meat to produce 5lb of jerky)
$12 per lb - Classic Wisconsin Summer Sausage. Jalapeno or cheddar (or both) can be added at no extra fee. 10lb minimum per flavor
$12 per lb- Snack Sticks. Jalapeno or cheddar (or both) can be added at no extra fee. 10lb minimum per flavor
$6 per lb - Fresh 1lb sausage chubs. Several bold, delicious flavors. 10lb minimum per flavor
